Internship Program
Our goal is to provide you a meaningful and challenging assignment that directly contributes to the Company business objectives. Intern assignments are typically project based and include a hands-on experience that will develop you technically and professionally. Over the course of 12-weeks, the summer intern program also lets you build a network of friends and contacts, learn about living and playing in Southeastern Michigan, learn valuable skills and see what Ford Motor Company is all about. It is an opportunity for you to prove yourself to us – and let us prove ourselves to you!

Minimum Requirements:
  • First-year master's (MBA, MPH, MHSA, MA, MLIR, MS or JD) students
  • A GPA of 3.2 or higher on a 4.0 scale
  • Must be available for full time employment by September 2018


Preferred Requirements:
  • Previous work experience in the Healthcare field (i.e. working with Healthcare plans/providers, etc.)
  • Model and describe leadership (integrity, drive, courage and initiative) in personal and professional settings
  • Plan, organize and prioritize multiple tasks within a defined time period
  • Demonstrated abilities in project and change management
  • Work effectively with others in the spirit of a "ONE Ford" team
  • Write and speak clearly, concisely and persuasively
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic working environment
  • Ability to work within a diverse team
