Position Description/Overview

The DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER will serve as the authority on best practices, new and relevant digital platforms and ensuring digital capabilities support consumer and business goals. This position requires a strategic thinker who can inspire, imagine, and then define an integrated digital / connected experience across the end to end customer journey. Core aspects of this position include working with internal and external teams, managing partners, advising on industry best practices, developing and implementing digital capabilities, and working with our digital teams around the world.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Push the boundaries on the digital experience and learn from the thought leaders by benchmarking best-in-class digital / web experiences (shop-buy-own-use).
  • Lead development of global digital cycle plan that establishes the digital blueprint for next 3+ years (global + regional features, functions, services).
  • Support IT effort to define desired digital tech stack/architecture and efforts to accelerate delivery operating model.
  • Support continued launches in new markets and ongoing delivery / operation of the digital platforms.
  • Manage all Global web tools including and key partners (e.g. Google, Facebook) from a digital platform perspective.

Job Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 4+ year of progressive digital marketing experience at a Global Brand
  • 4+ years of managing digital marketing direct and indirect reports

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong consumer understanding skills, ability to translate customer insights into successful digital solutions
  • Must possess a high degree of creativity to find new, compelling ways to reach and communicate to consumers across the digital ecosystem
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering digital transformation; Proven ability to leverage data to drive strategic direction and optimization
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to use technology to deliver digital features, functions, capabilities
  • Must have a can do attitude and willingness to work in a very fluid/dynamic environment
