The North American Marketing & Sales B2C Delivery Manager currently leads the delivery of the North American cycle plan for a collection of Business to Consumer and Business to Dealer marketing applications and systems. These include Ford.com, Lincoln.com, Digital Retail Experience, and the NA services that connect to over 53 properties.
Manages the Ford role in the overall program management and governance structure of the B2C Adobe Experience Manager platform.
Leads all aspects of program management and coordination for the North American M&S project delivery (reporting, issues and risk identification and resolution) NA Digital Marketing, Owner Virtual Assistant, Lincoln.com, Digital Retail Experience, and NA Build and Price: Global Configurator and Authoring Implementation.
Ensures adoption and implementation of Ford governance structure across the North American portfolio and manages the overall program management and governance of the Next Gen Platform
Identifies integration conflicts and issues with global and cross portfolio initiatives and ensures they are brought into the proper governance level
Clearly communicate program status, issues, risks, plans executive management. Manages program support activities, including the development of internal and external communications, establishing roadmaps and benchmarks, developing implementation, testing and training plans and ensuring the successful transition to support and maintenance teams.
Manages integration of overall solution and is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of partner and agency engagements to achieve cycle plan objectives.
Provides oversight of delivery of multiple functional improvements, technical upgrades, integration or adoption project releases and support production repairs.
Responsible for growing and sustaining key vendor relationships.
Responsible for ensuring business requirements are surfaced and captured.
Ensure utilizing appropriate solution and sourcing approach including oversight of estimate and proposal processes.
Ensures employment of appropriate IT Governance processes: Security and controls compliance, adherence to Finance Manual for IT Programs, Architecture Reviews, etc.
Responsible for overall operational Implementation and Launch.
Provides support to project teams, including peers, partners and agencies to support and deliver solutions and to seamlessly integrate the programs into the overall strategic objectives and activities of the organization.
10+ Years of experience as a Delivery Manager leading digital delivery solutions
Strong Business acumen and Functional Business Knowledge (B2C)
Excellent leadership, communication and facilitation, and interpersonal skills
Be a change agent to drive culture change within the organization
Experience in Agile software development practices including test driven development, DevOps, Software Craftsmanship, and quality automation
10+ years of Ford IT Application Development and Delivery experience
Has demonstrated the ability to deliver on project commitments through leadership, rigorous execution, teamwork, strategic planning/scheduling, problem analysis, resolution and productivity improvements.
Experience and proficiency in PM Knowledge areas: security and controls, governance, integration management, scope management, (schedule management, communication management, risk and issue management, financial management, (resource management, quality management, organizational change management and procurement management.
