Material Control Supervisor responsible for Warehouse Operations and Maintenance functions at the Warehouse facility including but not limited to building Safety, UAW Relationships, IB / OB processing, Inventory Accuracy, Overtime Percentage, Absenteeism, Vacation Scheduling; ISO 14001 Environmental.
• Supervise & Direct UAW Hourly Employees • Effectively assign initiatives to continuously improve performance • Assign daily work to employees to meet objectives in safety, quality and lines per man hour • Assure continuous improvement through direction of the PICS process and the Continuous Improvement Process (CIP)
• High School Diploma
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business • Previous Supervisory experience
