Job Description Ford Motor Company's Global Data, Insight, and Analytics (GDIA) organization is looking for a seasoned analytic professional that has a deep business understanding of data science. You will have the opportunity to work with some of the brightest global subject matter experts that are transforming the automobile industry.
The role spans the creation of capabilities, processes and data products to support data monetization at Ford, including Digital Services portfolio and revenue objectives. The incumbent must be able to work with business users to gather goals and illicit requirements, translate those into technical designs, coordinate with multiple source data owners, and then develop the end user friendly reporting and analytics platform of standard reports and self-service analytics interfaces.
This role requires a detail oriented, creative technologist, comfortable working in a highly collaborative, entrepreneurial environment, able to work with a variety of customers and manage and prioritize competing customer demands, while incrementally building an integrated reporting and analytics self-service platform end state vision.
Partner with teams across Ford to use curated data to create data products that deliver value for external customers
Develop processes and infrastructure to enable movement of data and analytics to and from third parties to support data monetization
Maintain engagement with analytics teams, business partners, OGC and IT to support revenue targets
Work with OGC and Data Governance to insure regulatory compliance for monetized data use cases
Ensure the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of data products supporting Ford’s data monetization efforts, including standardized tracking and reporting for monetized data and analytics

Job Requirements: Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Analytics, Economics or other relevant discipline
10+ years of data management experience
5+ years of experience in managing data products and deliverables supporting a $100+ million in direct revenue
Preferred Master’s degree in STEM discipline including Information Technology or Analytics
Data design, data modeling and facilitation skills; data standards development
Familiarity with metadata management tools is desirable
Able to influence and collaborate to create mutually beneficial outcomes
Ability to maintain exceptional customer relationships and solve for win-win outcomes with internal Ford and third party customers
Problem formulation, solution scoping and critical thinking
Well-developed written and oral communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the business and IT
Handle multiple project assignments with minimal direction, escalate issues as necessary
