Implementation Lead (IL) will coordinate with Manufacturing Engineering (Controls, Process, etc.), 3rd party integrators, IT Application teams, plant production personnel, hardware installers, and network planners to integrate, launch, and prove out plant floor applications to support key Manufacturing build dates. IL must be able to function well in dynamic plant floor manufacturing environment while maintaining IT process disciplines. IL will need to quickly come up to speed on the IT applications including machine monitoring and birth history so as to communicate effectively with plant and business resources as well as team subject matter experts.
Maintaining project plans
Coordinating team assignments and tracking progress
Tracking issues/risks and escalating as required
Creating and resolving change requests
Report status at Program Review meetings
Drive out program requirements
Engage vendors to provide quotes and track progress.
Support required infrastructure work
Job Requirements: Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in the Auto Industry
3+ years of experience in a team lead or project manager role
Experience as team lead, experience building and maintaining team spirit and morale.
Experience maintaining scope and timing in the face of sometimes opposing customer demands.
Effective at multi-tasking with minimal direction.
Demonstrated strengths in organization, problem solving, negotiating win-win agreements and details and follow-ups.
Demonstrated ability to deliver on commitments through leadership, teamwork, problem analysis/resolution and productivity improvements.
Demonstrated ability to learn new areas quickly.
Experience with the automotive new model launch process, several plant floor applications and exposure to plant environment.
