The Digital Effectiveness Research Coordinator will be a contact for the Global Data Insights & Analytics organization for the Marketing Teams in Ford, Lincoln, Ford Motor Credit, FCSD, and CPO. This Dearborn, MI located position will be responsible for providing measurement and insight associated with campaign research.
Support GDIA Marketing Research lead with research associated with digital advertising and media research.
Assist with managing the planning, design, execution, analysis, and reporting.
Manage research supplier staff to ensure project quality; design, analytics and reporting are aligned with research objectives.
Assist with managing ad hoc digital and media research requests (white papers, deep dive analysis, special requests, etc…).
Support multi-cultural agencies requests associated with digital and media research.
Electronically distribute reports and presentations. Publish final reports and presentations to the GCI Knowledge Management System.
Create, implement and improve operational work processes related to the delivery of digital and media research insights.
Track research requests, approvals, delivery on objectives
Measurement processes, techniques, standards
Manage the fulfillment of requests while optimizing utilization of resources
Job Requirements: Basic Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business or similar Business field required
5+ years of marketing research experience in a business environment
3+ years of experience in digital advertising (to be contained within the 5+ years of marketing research experience)
Marketing research experience in a business environment to include
Working knowledge of market research principals sampling, methods, analysis
Experience with digital research.
Experience with qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
Strong project leadership and coordination abilities.
Applied quantitative analysis experience a plus.
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) with an ability to translate and communicate analytical research findings into actionable insights.
Ability to formulate business problems into an appropriate research framework, interpret the analytic results, and translate the complex quantitative methods and results into easily understood products for all levels of business customers.
Ability to drive results and handle multiple projects within a given timeframe
Demonstrated track record of project development, management, and implementation
Demonstrate ability to work within a team setting and manage work flow(s).
Proven capability to think systemically, strategically and analytically while executing decisively.
Ability to integrate data and findings from other areas and present a holistic view of a position.
Strong interpersonal, teambuilding, and negotiating skills with a can-do attitude and an ability to work well with internal Ford clients, Advertising Agency and research partners.
