We are an innovative non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) startup within Ford. We are seeking a Customer Acquisition Manager to help build our marketing and sales strategy and grow the business. The ideal candidate is:

Major Responsibilities (not necessarily all essential responsibilities):
  • Support Customer Acquisition Lead in the new NEMT business (hospital systems, insurance payers)
  • Support development and execution of marketing, sales, and pricing strategy for the new business
  • Develop sales contracts working with legal for customer acquisition
  • Work with customer experience counterpart on new business development

Key Deliverables within the next 12-24 months:

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years of professional work experience
  • 1+ years of experience in Marketing and Sales
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA
  • Customer management, lead generation, and/or new business development experience
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Strong customer-centric mindset, can translate customer insights into quantifiable business opportunity
  • Can solve problems creatively with constrained resources
  • Demonstrated ability to go from idea to execution – operationalizing a strategy
  • Ability to work in an unstructured environment, yet bring structure to the task and team
  • Ability to build relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders to achieve business goals
