Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Lead for City Solutions, you will support and advance Ford Smart Mobility’s strategy and execution of city innovation challenges. Work within a team to develop brand and position city challenges, create and execute a stakeholder engagement plan to and develop digital assets and marketing materials.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to effective development of City of Tomorrow Challenge website and digital platforms
  • Partner with leaders in marketing to execute and enhance visitors’ experience, and consolidate learnings from data collected with other departments
  • Create social media strategy, including digital campaign tracking, campaign ID creation and management
  • Develop testing dashboards and reporting in collaboration with the analytics team
  • Develop and execute cross-challenge marketing campaign
  • Plan and develop digital marketing strategies
  • Manage digital marketing channels (email, display, social), including the tracking, reporting and analysis of efforts to drive successful lead generation and retention
  • Collaborate with creative team in producing creative content for digital media including but not limited to animations, digital signage, web, social, email
  • Develop and edit content to produce promotional advertising for various on/off property events and sponsorships
  • Create new solutions for evolving brand and potential new brands
  • Maintain and archive digital assets
  • Enhance existing brand guidelines and creative assets across challenge innovation series

Job Qualifications

Basic Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years’ experience in strategy or marketing campaigns, i.e. data collection, reporting and performance analyses across marketing channels and data analytics

Preferred Requirements:
  • MS Degree in Business or Marketing
  • Strong technical skills, i.e. knowledge of HTML / CSS / JS and experience with popular content management system
  • Experience with digital marketing tools, i.e. Adobe Suite, Google Analytics, HotJar and/or similar and recognizable market tools
  • Experience with content development
