Job Requirements for Entry Level Product Development Engineer:

Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Pursuing Bachelor’s in one of the following fields:
    • Mechanical Engineering
    • Electrical and Electronic Engineering
    • Computer Engineering or Computer Science
    • Aerospace, Biomedical, Chemical, and other Engineering disciplines in key areas
  • 3.0 overall GPA
  • Graduation date by August 2017

Preferred Requirements:
  • 3.4 overall GPA
  • Involvement with Formula SAE or similar extracurricular activities, strong communication skills, ability to work within diverse teams
  • Previous internship or co-op with Ford
