Job Description Position Title: Quality Process Integration Project Manager
The Ford Global Manufacturing Quality Team is a customer-focused team committed to envisioning and creating simple, efficient, effective systems that identify opportunities to improve product quality and improve the work life experience of all team members by providing the right information at the right time. Our diverse Global Manufacturing Quality Team – situated in Dearborn, MI is comprised of quality experts, strategists, and data analytics experts. Together our team works to understand our changing world, identify new opportunities, and take action to design and innovate quality solutions from vehicle production to dealer delivery.
Develop and prioritize system integration opportunities for annual and long term planning
Outline annual plans and budget requirements with business case assessment
Will partner with IT Architects and business partners to integrate plant floor systems and design solutions that lead us to improved connectivity
Will identify opportunities to eliminate redundancy and improve data flow between systems, and eliminate manual processes
Guide and oversee all IT architecture work throughout the process
Create impact by collaborating across organizations and with key work partners throughout the company – Product Development, Manufacturing, Marketing, Engineering and technology teams
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
1+ years of project management experience
1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applications
Strong leadership and problem solving skills
Prior knowledge/experience working with IT in systems architecture, specification writing/development
