We are seeking experienced candidates for a Business Development Analyst position in our Dearborn, MI location.


SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  • Developing detailed financial models and valuation analysis for potential transactions.
  • Coordinating and implementing due diligence for potential transactions.
  • Creating investment memorandums and related presentations for review by the Ford senior management team, including C-Level executives as well as Ford’s Board of Directors.
  • Performing research to identify opportunities for growth within Ford’s existing businesses or expansion into new areas.
  • Actively supporting the negotiation of transaction terms and legal documentation.
  • Interfacing with finance, legal, tax and other departments of Ford to ensure seamless deal execution.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 1+ years of experience in private equity, venture capital, corporate M&A, investment banking, and/or transaction services.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in modeling, analysis, and research in heavily-transactional situations
  • Strong aptitude critical thinking / analysis
  • Very comfortable with ambiguity and working in “white space”
  • Strong capability for relationship building with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic team based environment
  • Ability to thrive under pressure to achieve tight timelines to high quality
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills
