Lead the development of High Voltage (HV) System Architecture Strategy
Lead the development of HV Battery Specifications, Requirements, and System Engineering work streams
Lead the development of technology projects and identify enablers for implementation in future model HV Battery designs
Work closely with HV Battery Benchmarking Team to analyze competitive systems and compare them to our current and future designs
Job Requirements: Basic Qualifications:
B.S. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
5+ years' experience in Automotive or Vehicle System Engineering
Good working knowledge of System Engineering and DFMEA concepts, preferred
MS or higher in Electrical Engineering
3+ years' experience with HV Systems/Batteries
10+ years of experience with Automotive Electrical Design
Good knowledge on Electrification Vehicle Architectures
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks
