Job Description Ford Credit - Customer Service Center Team Leader Development Program (TLDP)
Through a combination of rotational assignments, structured learning, formalized feedback and mentoring, the TLDP prepares participants to take on future leadership roles. In order to provide outstanding service to our customers, it is customary that many of our rotational positions involve working some evening and weekend hours.

The TLDP is a dynamic introduction to a range of customer service related positions located at the Customer Service Center in Omaha. The program strives to prepare candidates for advancement within the center by providing an opportunity to gain intimate knowledge of our company through various job placements and rotations.
The TLDP is a flexible program designed to enhance both technical proficiency and leadership readiness prior to assuming a Team Leader assignment. The program will vary in length from approximately 12-24 months or longer depending on the candidate's competency level. The curriculum includes classroom and on-the-job training, as well as one-on-one mentoring and coaching.
Additionally, the TLDP is a rotational program that emphasizes experience in a variety of departments. The program includes a variety of positions in customer relations, scheduling and forecasting, customer service, and team management, just to name a few. Relocation is not a requirement for this position as your career path can grow and competencies gained through various supervisor and management positions locally.
This program is intended to prepare our next-generation of leaders to take Ford Credit into tomorrow.
Bachelor’s degree received on or after May 1, 2015 through May 31, 2017 (Business degree preferred but not required)
Overall Grade Point Average of 3.0 or higher
Candidate must be eligible to work permanently in the United States
